What should I do if my address changes?
If your mailing address changes, please update it through your account or email me as soon as possible. Address changes must be submitted before or on the 1st of the month to ensure your Home with Addison Snail Mail Club letter is sent to the correct place.
What is the deadline to subscribe each month?
Sign up by the 15th of each month to receive next month’s letter. Signups after the 15th will begin with the letter for the month after that.
For example:
• Sign up before or on July 15th → Receive the August letter
• Sign up July 16th or later → Receive the September letter
When are letters shipped out?
Letters for the Home with Addison Snail Mail Club are mailed out a few days after the 1st of each month, so please allow some time for your letter to make its way to the post office and into transit. Sign up by the 15th of the current month to receive the very next letter — sign up after the 15th, and you’ll receive the letter for the month after that!
U.S. subscribers can typically expect their letter within 1–2 weeks after the mailing date.
International subscribers should allow a bit more time — typically 2–4 weeks, depending on your country’s customs and postal processing.
I never received my letter—what should I do?
If your Home with Addison Snail Mail Club letter hasn’t arrived by the end of the month, please email homewithaddison@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help. Occasionally mail delays happen, but I’ll always do my best to make sure your happy mail finds its way to you.
I’m no longer interested in receiving the Home with Addison Snail Mail Club. How do I cancel?
You can cancel your Home with Addison Snail Mail Club membership anytime by emailing homewithaddison@gmail.com.
What day of the month will I be charged?
You’ll be charged as soon as you sign up, and then automatically every month on that same date going forward. For example, if you sign up on the 9th, you’ll be billed on the 9th of each month after that.
Does the Home with Addison Snail Mail Club ship internationally?
Yes! The Home with Addison Snail Mail Club welcomes subscribers from outside the United States.
