What should I do if my address changes?
If your mailing address changes, please update it through your account or email me as soon as possible. Address changes must be submitted before or on the 15th of the month to ensure your Home with Addison Snail Mail Club letter is sent to the correct place.
What is the deadline to subscribe each month?
The deadline to join the Home with Addison Snail Mail Club each month is the 15th. If you subscribe on or before the 15th, you will receive that month’s letter by the end of the month.
If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive at the end of the following month.
When are letters shipped out?
Letters for the Home with Addison Snail Mail Club are thoughtfully prepared and mailed during the second half of each month, so they arrive in your mailbox by the end of the month.
I never received my letter—what should I do?
If your Home with Addison Snail Mail Club letter hasn’t arrived by the end of the month, please email homewithaddison@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help. Occasionally mail delays happen, but I’ll always do my best to make sure your happy mail finds its way to you.
I’m no longer interested in receiving the Home with Addison Snail Mail Club. How do I cancel?
You can cancel your Home with Addison Snail Mail Club membership anytime by emailing homewithaddison@gmail.com.
What day of the month will I be charged?
You will be charged once per month on the same day you originally subscribed to the Home with Addison Snail Mail Club.
Does the Home with Addison Snail Mail Club ship internationally?
At this time, the Home with Addison Snail Mail Club is available within the United States only. I hope to offer international shipping in the future as the club continues to grow.
